About the Event
This retreat is very special to me. Throughout all Deconstruction Doula events and groups we have always centered the most triggered and hurting. We have enjoyed a space free of loaded terms and buzz words, and that will continue to be my priority. But I am beyond ecstatic to invite you to our first event that will be centering those who want to begin reconstructing and rebuilding their faith and community.
What to expect!
Before the retreat, we will have 6 Zoom calls led by myself and Jessica Jenkins. During these calls we'll get to know each other and then Jessica is going to help us see God's heart for women and how the Bible has been twisted and weaponized against us.
On this retreat we will be offering several modalities to help faciliate embodiment and release tension and stored trauma in our bodies.
