So, That Was, Um, A Lot 😅

It's been a minute since we've been able to update. As it turns out, having a major publication drop a piece that is, in part, about your work ends up generating an awful lot of work of its own.

It's been a nutty few weeks since the ELLE article dropped in print on May 1st, then on digital a week later. There's a lot of exciting/terrifying/overwhelming things happening behind the scenes, and it has definitely gummed up our works. We are a team of three (and one of us is a disabled volunteer!) who were already trying to do several full-time jobs on very part-time bases. And just like the other members of our community, we have full-time responsibilities taking care of our own families. The strain of this is definitely showing over the last few weeks. With that in mind, thanks for being patient with us. We're clearing the enormous backlog of work -- and especially the emails and DMs -- and trying to get back on our production schedule.

There's an episode of Deconstructing Theonomy coming up this week on our Patreon that you won't want to miss, and we'll be getting back to publishing We Will Not Be Gaslit there as well. Speaking of which, so many of you have turned in stories, information, documentation, sermon notes, lecture notes, and more -- and it's all proving to be incredibly helpful. We've been able to connect dots with others across the country who were raised in other theonomist-dominated evangelical groups, and we're starting to hit a critical mass of information.

There are also some other exciting changes coming that we'll be talking about in the next few weeks. If you're the praying sort, please keep doing so. (Or check out the bonus episode of the mainline DD podcast that just dropped on the Patreon!) Again, thanks for being patient with us. As more people and resources come in, we're looking to expand our logistic support which will, in turn, allow us to expand our base from which to support and help survivors.

We're really excited about these possibilities, and we'll hopefully be bringing updates about that again soon, too.

Much love to all of you. Talk soon.
